neoGym Aberdeen is a welcoming, modern gym on Riverside Drive, built for people at every fitness level. You get Technogym equipment, instructor-led classes from cardio and weight loss to strength, core, and boxing, and personal training if you want extra support. After your session, unwind in the sauna and steam suite, included with membership, or grab something from the juice bar next door. There's also a TrackMan golf simulator for a round any time of year.
