The cookies and similar technologies the 1club network uses, and how you control them

This Cookie Policy explains how 1club EOOD ("1club", "we", "us") uses cookies and similar technologies on the 1club network at 1club.me ("the network"). 1club EOOD is a company registered in Bulgaria under UIC 208644166, with its registered office at 10 Tsar Osvoboditel Blvd., floor 3, 1000 Sofia, Bulgaria. You can reach us at support@1club.ai.
It covers 1club.me only. A club's own website or member portal and the 1club mobile app have their own cookie settings. How we handle personal data in general is explained in our Privacy Policy, which you can find at the bottom of every page.
Cookies are small text files that a website stores in your browser. Similar technologies, such as your browser's local storage and session storage, work the same way: they keep information on your device that the site can read back later. In this policy we call all of them "cookies".
Session cookies are deleted when you close your browser or tab; persistent cookies stay until they expire or you delete them. First-party cookies are set by 1club.me itself; third-party cookies are set by another company whose service the page uses.
Under the EU ePrivacy rules, which Bulgaria applies through Article 4a of the Electronic Communications Act, we may store or read information on your device without your consent only when this is strictly necessary to provide the service you asked for. Everything else, including analytics and marketing measurement, runs only after you click "Accept" in the cookie banner.
Where a cookie involves personal data, our legal basis is your consent (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR) for optional cookies, and our legitimate interest in running a secure, working network (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR) for strictly necessary ones.
These make the network work: sign-in, security, your language and your search, and a booking or payment in progress. They are always on, because the features you use cannot work without them.

These help us understand how the network is used, so we can fix problems and improve it. They load only after you click "Accept".

We do not show advertising on the network and do not use advertising cookies. With your consent we remember which link or campaign brought you to 1club.me, so a booking, sign-up or purchase you make afterwards can be credited to it.

Some features load content from other companies. When they do, your browser connects to that company, which receives your IP address and technical details of your browser and may set or read its own cookies under its own privacy policy:
Separately from cookies, when a page fails we send a technical error report (the page, the browser and the steps that led to the error) to Sentry, whose servers are in the EU, so we can fix it. This is described in our Privacy Policy.
On your first visit, a banner lets you accept or reject optional cookies. Rejecting is as easy as accepting, and the network works the same either way.
You can change your choice at any time with "Cookie settings" at the bottom of every page, or with the button at the top of this policy. When you reject or withdraw consent, we stop the analytics and marketing tools and delete the identifiers they stored in your browser on 1club.me. Withdrawing consent does not affect what was done while it was in place.
Your browser also lets you see, block and delete cookies in its privacy settings. If you block strictly necessary cookies, signing in and booking may not work.
We update this policy when the cookies we use change, and the date at the top shows the current version. Before we use a new kind of optional cookie, we will ask for your consent again.
