About this place

A warm and modern yoga space in the heart of Sofia, at 51G Cherni Vrah Blvd (opposite Paradise Mall). Aditi Yoga was created around one idea: balance in the relationship with oneself through spiritual and physical growth.

Two studios, Phoenix and Lotus, host a full weekly program of practices and events. We offer Hatha, Vinyasa, Ashtanga, Power, and aerial yoga, as well as yoga stretching, therapeutic gymnastics, and Reiki, with dedicated instructors and a personal approach to each individual.
