About this place
Pilates by Kosara is a Reformer Pilates studio in Asenovgrad, at 2A Industrial Street. We train in small groups of up to 5 people, so the instructor monitors every movement and adapts the exercises according to your level. There are groups for beginners, training for teenagers, and individual sessions.
The studio is part of the Kosara family: a dance and aerobics club with a 50-year history in Asenovgrad. From it comes our love for movement, community, and good vibes.
